I am alive and more insane than when I first started this intense 60 day program but during the first month, I have lost 8 lbs and 2 inches off my hips and thighs which I couldn't be more happier about. During the first month I really didn't follow the Elite Nutrition Guide that the program comes with but still had some great results. (I don't recommend not following the plan). I have decided once and for all that if I am going to be working out this hard to get results, I had better start to eat like an athlete and remove all of the junk out of my diet. Otherwise, why go to all of the effort. I have about 20 pounds that I would really like to lose in addition to what I have already lost due to the first month and P90X.
I am starting my last 30 days of Insanity and I have heard nothing but great things but also that it is much more challenging that month one. Not going to lie to you, I am a bit nervous but excited about finishing the first 30 days and being physically fit enough to move forward with the next month's workouts. First day is Fit Test AND Max Interval Circuit. wish me luck!
