Beachbody's newest workout program is called RevAbs which promises to deliver a strong core and midsection in only 90 days was on Good Morning America today. RevAbs, created by Brett Hoebel was released to the public this past October and is living up to it's name. I tried a few of the workouts this past week because as a Team Beachbody Coach, I need to know how to answer questions about the programs we have available. After doing Insanity, I thought for sure this would be a step down in intensity for me but I was wrong! Power Intervals, which is about 35 minutes in duration left me sore as all get out the next day! I also found out that this program is just not targeted for your midsection but your entire body. After 3 rounds of lunges, I felt it is my legs and buns with in 30 minutes of completing Brett's workout.
