Beachbody's GAME PLAN delivers!

Eight months ago, I started on my journey as a Team Beachbody Coach. Essentially without any knowledge of what I was doing, zero marketing tools, or "game plan" of how I was going to go about succeeding in this business. The strange part is that I was OK with it because I was and still am lucky enough to have a GREAT group of Founding Coaches that started their businesses much like me 2.5 years ago. Up until a few weekends ago following an event called the "Game Plan" event, Beachbody had yet to provide their coaches with a streamlined approach that all coaches could use to build their businesses.

The "Game Plan" event was held in Dana Point, CA October 17th & 18th and it's purpose was to introduce qualified (Diamond and above) coaches to the new tools they had created to help us be successful coaches. The tools and knowledge that was unveiled during that weekend astounds me! I am very excited about all of the great tools that we now have as Beachbody Coaches to take our businesses to the next level! I have been using some of these tools including new DVD's, marketing tools, and a step by step guide to help us get started and grow a profitable business and my business has started to grow exponentially!

Beachbody's "Game Plan" is a blueprint to success designed to give new and old Beachbody coaches direction and support toward growing a large organization.

The actual "Game Plan" is a 10 important steps and/or principles that new and old coaches can follow. Here are the 10 steps to success!

1. Hold a "Get Started Right" Interview with your upline or sponsoring coach. Do this within at least 24-48 hours of signing up a new coach. Use this time to identify and set your "why" or your personal goals for this business. It is also a great time to get connected with your coach and create an action plan for the future.

2. Committ to your Beachbody fitness and nutrition program. --It is important to "Walk the Walk" in this business or else no one will believe what you are saying or want to join your team. Be a product of the product and you will reap the benefits of better health physically and financially.

3. Commit to at least 2 exposures a day! --Use the new 3rd party tools (anything other than yourself) provided by Beachbody to help retail and recruit. These are great tools because you don't have to use the excuse that you don't know how to talk about what we offer or what we do. These tools do all of the work for you!

4. Attend ONE local event a week!--These might include webinars, Beachbody Briefings, or home parties. This will help keep you informed and motivated to continue your efforts.

5. Attend ALL Team Beachbody Corporate Events. --This includes both regional and national events. I use this events to keep me pumped up for my business and excited to share with others. These events are a great time to introduce new prospects to Team Beachbody so use them as much as you can.

6. Treat your Team Beachbody business like a business. --If you were to invest 500,000 into a franchise you would more than likely spent as much time on making sure that business would prosper. The great thing is that you haven't invested that much time and money into Beachbody but the rewards will be just the same as if you did. Manage your time to maximize productivity, work a daily plan, and stay in phase one which is always learning and growing your business.

7. Apply the Laws of Duplication--the most important thing to do in your business is to first LEARN, DO, TEACH, then REPEAT. Remembering and practicing this process will ensure that your business grows exponentially and that your coaches business does as well.

8. Commit to Personal Development--at least 10-15 minutes a day of reading a book, listening to an audio CD or attending a class will ensure that you continually grow as a person. This is one of the most important steps in growing your business with Beachbody, or any business for that matter.

9. Find a Success Partner--finding someone to join you in your business venture with Team Beachbody is key. This person will be someone who will help you achieve more and also one to help keep you on track for success.

10. Be Here a Year from Now--starting a business with Team Beachbody doesn't take a lot of upfront investment so know that you will not start to experience profits immediately. It takes time to experience significant gains and therefore you must be willing to put in consistent effort for a significant period of time. So, do what it takes over and over again until you get the results you are looking for.
